Only 5 minutes from Cruz Bay, the views are incomparable, and most afternoons you can see ocean life from the decks. We love taking the 220 stone steps down to the beach and clambering around the rocky shore. For minimal impact using solar power, rain water collection, UV water purification, and a low water use landscape.

We hope that you will enjoy Oceanport as much as we do.

The villa entrance is at the upper level, accessed by a set of stairs down from the driveway.

The views are incomparable, and most days you will see sea life from the decks.

Pool and spa with a view into Hart Bay. Unlike many villas the pool is in the sun from 9-5.

Rental and Cancellation Policy
50% deposit of rent and $50 Reservation Fee required to confirm booking.
Balance is due within 60 days of arrival date.
Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% of rent & Reservation Fee.
We prefer payment by check, if using a credit card there is a 5% CC
Cancellations will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee.
No refunds will be given unless exact dates are re-rented.
Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year round.
