Blue Palm Villa, a three bedroom, three bath home, located in beautiful Upper Carolina offers magnificent views overlooking the quaint port of Coral Bay. This home features all the comforts, including over-stuffed furniture of wicker and rattan, clear cypress ceilings with white beams, kitchen island, rich mahogany cabinetry, sleek solid granite countertops, and imported Italian tile floors and Italian marble showers. A 10 x 20-foot pool, with spacious decks for both sunning or relaxing in the shade.
The bedrooms occupy separate structures for total privacy. They feature air conditioning, king-size beds and covered decks, which overlook beautiful Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain Valley and beyond from an elevation of 800 feet.
From the pool deck, enter the large 10′ x 20′ covered deck, leading to the Main House.
Entering the Great Room your view is looking out over Coral Bay and beyond.
The kitchen is designed with mahogany cabinets and solid granite counter tops.
The center island will allow for four people to dine comfortably or a more formal dining experience can be obtained be dining on the spacious covered deck overlooking the pool and views of the Bordeaux Mountain Range and Valley.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located in the main house structure. You will enjoy the views of Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Valley from the king bed in this air-conditioned bedroom.
The spacious 15′ x 6′ covered deck will offer the ultimate in privacy and relaxation, whether it be for reading or that first cup of coffee in the morning.
Upper Bedroom
As you approach the villa, you arrive at the Upper bedroom first.
This separate, air-conditioned structure, is a great retreat for couples or friends wanting privacy or relaxation.

The upper bedroom, with a king bed, is furnished with beautiful rattan/wicker bedroom furniture. The bath has clear cypress ceilings, Italian marble showers and custom mahogany vanities with matching Italian marble countertops.
You can enjoy your dining experience in the kitchen area or you can dine on the huge 8′ x 16′ covered deck and enjoy the views of Coral Bay.
Lower Bedroom
The lower bedroom is located beneath the upper bedroom,
separated by solid concrete construction.
This air-conditioned bedroom has a king bed, beautiful clear cypress ceilings, and ceiling fan. The bath has clear cypress ceilings, Italian marble showers and custom mahogany vanities with matching Italian marble countertops,
