Downstairs, the media room has a pull out couch with a memory foam mattress that can easily be converted into a private bedroom. Unlike many rentals in this price range this home and pool are completely private, sitting on its own half acre, no other rental units are on property. Immaculately clean and comfortable inside, with special land surrounding the property, make this a great value.
