You can’t beat the location which is a short 10-minute drive to the beautiful North Shore beaches.

DOWNSTAIRS
The roomy apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large dining and living area that faces a wall of windows that open to an expansive view of the Carolina Valley and the historic ruins of the Carolina Estate.
Come and enjoy the comfortable, partially covered patio with nearly constant tropical breezes while you sit by the banana trees. It is the perfect place to catch a Coral Bay sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee or dining al fresco after a relaxing day at the beach. This mainly solar powered home is also equipped with a Tesla Powerwall which ensure constant power even in the event of an electric outage.

This lower level apartment is part of a two-unit home lovingly cared for by the owners who live upstairs. They are always available if needed, but are also very respectful of your privacy. There is a large, flat parking area and the apartment entrance is totally private. Due to its location, a vehicle is required.

All reservations require a signed contract along with a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% is due sixty days prior to arrival along with a refundable security deposit of $250.
Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels are provided so you have everything you need for a day at the beach. If you enjoy hiking, there are many trails to enjoy that are very close by.
