Our guests spend time on our veranda enjoying the spectacular view of the neighboring British Virgin Islands and the east end of St. John. Enjoy coffee with the morning sun, drinks at twilight and dinner with the stars.

Rates are based on number of bedrooms used- we rent to only one group at any one time.

Rental and Cancellation Policy

50% deposit of rent and $50 Reservation Fee required to confirm booking.
Balance is due within 60 days of arrival date.
Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% of rent & Reservation Fee.
We prefer payment by check, if using a credit card there is a 5% CC
Cancellations will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee.
No refunds will be given unless exact dates are re-rented.
Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year round.

This beautifully appointed villa has two bedrooms, one Queen and one King both with A/C . Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to additional sleeping quarters in a loft furnished with a double and a single bed (no A/C).
