Sunset Pointe has 2 Air-Conditioned master bedrooms, decorated in bright tropical colors - one a queen and one a twin/king. The queen bedroom has access from the livingroom and both offer sliding glass doors leading to the spacious deck. Both have sunset views over St. Thomas and numerous outlying cays and open through large sliders onto the spacious wraparound decking.

Sunset Pointe rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental. The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

There is a separate cottage on the property with a long term rental, which does not have access to Sunset Pointe's facilities.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
