Starlit Escape is an immaculate 5 bedroom, 3 bath rental villa with a pool and and ocean view nestled in a private, forested valley on St. John's unspoiled east side. Surrounded by tropical gardens, fruit trees and wildlife, this villa offers the full Island experience.
Starlit Escape accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for group getaways, family reunions or corporate events. Yet, its privacy and beauty also create an intimate, memorable experience for two. |

| Always breezy, roomy and private, the spacious Great Room is striking with cypress interior and cathedral ceiling. The dining room is furnished in teak, and is perfect for festive dining. The loft, equipped with cupola, overlooks the Great Room. |

The large kitchen is completely equipped. No detail has been left out and the owners are always accessible for any need. All amenities are included or will be provided upon request. The
villa is fully furnished and includes: Specific items such as roll-aways, cribs, and water sports equipment may be available upon request. Coral Bay is just under one mile away, with many shops, restaurants, bars and access to an array of adventurous activities. |

| Expansive decks both in the shade and in the sun allow for full relaxation after a day at the beach. Hammocks are stretched nearby the pool and the grill is ready to light. Sit atop the upper deck for ocean views over the jungle canopy. Perfect for bird watching by day and stargazing at night. |

The "Happy Hour Tower" is the ideal place to sip a pina colada. It is fully equipped with a blender, cooler and bar seating for everyone.

Starlit Escape has two master bedrooms with Queen beds and their own baths.

| The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a King or two twins. The loft bedroom has two double beds and offers a view of the Great Room. |

Please note that we never rent Starlit Escape to more than one party at a time. You will always have Starlit Escape Villa exclusively to yourself, regardless of how many are in your party. Ask about St. John weddings, family reunions and corporate events. We can help with planning and can coordinate catering and private chef services, as well. Payments A 50% deposit within 10 days of booking is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, plus a fully refundable damage deposit of $500, is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations All payments
are fully refundable, less a 10% administration fee, if we are able
to re-rent the Starlit Escape during your booking period. Naturally,
we will always do our utmost to help fill dates that must be cancelled.
We suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any unforeseen cancellation,
especially during hurricane season. |
