The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs/downstairs layout, each level with its own spacious communal living area and large deck, is perfect for families with children, or separate groups of couples wishing some ‘private space’ from time to time. And of course, the raised deck pool, surrounded by beautiful native stone and coral walls and an array of colorful bougainvillea, alamanda, hibiscus and palm trees, will keep both adults and kids entertained for hours.

The home features one of the most expansive decks in the valley, situated toward stunning ocean views and cooling breezes. A second, lower-level covered deck affords a partly sheltered outdoor experience. And the separate cabana’s newly covered deck area provides yet another private lounging space, as does the main house master bedroom’s private deck.

The main house upstairs (entrance level) features a living/dining area suitable for eight guests. The villa owner is a dedicated amateur chef, and the kitchen is equipped accordingly, providing everything you’ll need to prepare sumptuous meals on those evenings when you’re just not up to going out. An outdoor gas grill easily accommodates any dinner party.

The cabana bedroom is its own separate building, just steps from the main house, and it includes a tropical outdoor stone and coral shower, along with ample closet space and private bath. A second, beautifully appointed master bedroom is located inside the main house on the same level, and features a private bathroom and spacious tile shower.

The main living area downstairs serves as a multi-purpose entertainment room, opening out to its own private covered tile deck with lounges, table and chairs. It has a wet bar, small refrigerator and two futons (that can be used as beds in a pinch). For families, it’s an ideal ‘kids room’ complete with games, TV w/VCR, and CD player. Both downstairs bathrooms are directly accessible from the living area here. There is a laundry room in the lower level with brand new front-loading washer & dryer.
