Deposit
Information:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a 8% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax. Please make checks payable to Deborah Macfarlane
