Overlooking the incredible Caribbean Sea and within a mile of Cruz Bay, SeaCruz has a secluded and unparalleled view. By day, sunset, or night the 180 degree vista of St. Thomas and the Sir Frances Drake Passage, with its rich history of pirates and treasure, is amazing, inspiring and romantic.

This breath taking view will be your focal point as you enter SeaCruz past the sparkling pool (17'4" X 11'2" / 4 - 6ft deep) and ascend to the grand veranda.

Owner maintains a small apartment below. The guest's privacy is a primary consideration and owner will make other arrangements if requested.

1-2 Guests - $3800 includes tax
3-4 Guests - $4300 includes tax

Summer 2010
April 10 - December 14, 2010
1-2 Guests - $2900 including tax
3-4 Guests - $3400 including tax

Children 8 years and above are welcome

Maximum Occupancy for this villa is four people.
Rates are based on a seven night stay, double occupancy.
The 8% Hotel Tax is INCLUDED in the rental rate for this property.

Deposit Information:

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit.
