The split level great room includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with countertop seating, a formal dining area and a large living space with a complete entertainment center including tv, vcr, dvd, and cable tv. Deposit
Information:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%. Please make checks payable to Kleinfeldt Family Limited Partnershipfeldt.
