With a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious king size bed, and spacious wrap around decks upstairs and down (hammock included!), Just Enough provides an ideal base for exploring the island of St. John. Furnished with a futon couch downstairs, Just Enough can sleep up to four people. For larger parties (up to six people), Just Enough can be rented in connection with New Moon.

Just Enough (rates quoted below are for 2 people)
Off season (April 16 - December 14): $1,000/week, or $155/night for less than 7 nights (4-night minimum)
In season (December 15 - April 15): $1,400/week, or $210/night for less than 7 nights (4-night minimum)

Tucked into the trees, the downstairs deck provides excellent tropical hummingbird and bannanquit viewing, while enjoying your morning coffee at the outdoor table, or swinging in the hammock. The spacious wrap around decks on both floors make taking in the views of Coral Bay and Bordeaux Mountain a delight, and invite stargazing at night.

This unique post and beam house is furnished with handcrafted tables, all built by the talented owner, a St. John cabinetmaker.

Kitchen
Handcrafted hardwood red locust cabinets accent the fully equipped kitchen. A countertop bar provides an intimate setting for meals or just the perfect space for just hanging out.


Bedroom

Upstairs, enjoy panoramic views from the wrap-around deck and luxurious king size bed. Adjoining the bedroom are a walk-in closet and large bathroom.

The house is accessed via a well-lit stairway leading down from the driveway.

We will arrange for pickup at the ferry dock and discounted car rentals. Our on-island manager, Cathy, will be available to orient you to the property and to ensure your stay goes smoothly.

Because we are a small business and there is a high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy.

 For cancellations occurring 60 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of your entire reserved stay, will be returned to you.

 No refunds are offered for cancellations within 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. However, in the event that we are able to re-rent the property for all of your reserved dates, a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of your entire reserved stay, will be offered.
