In the Stars is a four bedroom, four and a half bath villa with a sleeping loft. It is located next to the National Park in Coral Bay on the Majestic Mile of the Carolina Ridge top. The villa has many private spaces for relaxing, a magnificent view, and an L-shaped pool with a 50-ft lap swimming section. There is aslo a game table with pocket pool capabilities, two complete kitchens,and DSL/Wi-Fi. There are two queen beds, four single/twin beds, and one sleeper sofa. The shops, bars and restaurants of Coral Bay are just minutes away. |

| In The Stars primary entertainment and gathering spot is the 1000 sq. ft pool deck, with stairs into an 8x10’ common pool area connected to a 55’long lap pool.lap pool. |

| The multi-use great room is designed around the view of Coral Bay. It has floor to ceiling native stonework archways inspired by Caneel Bay’s turtle bay resort. The great room contains a dining room, living room serviced by a large open modern kitchen constructed of beam, stone and mahogany. |

and tastefully appointed -cypress cabinetry, granite counters, mahogany
crown molding and breakfast bar, this kitchen is ideal for feeding and

Out--The 25’
wide, multi-use screened dining gallery seats 12 and allows everyone
an view of Coral Bay. A perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail, or after dark,

sundecks are on each side of the gallery overlooking the pool patio area
and coral bay. Casual built in-seating and sun lounges are for enjoying
the St. John weather. |

comfortable living room has TV-cable with a 3-person sofa and 2 large

| Sunrise Room--Each bedroom has individual safes, closets, air conditioning controls, ceiling fans and full baths ensuite for privacy. This bedroom features a queen sized 4-poster bed. |

Room--Linens are all
400 count sheets with pillowtop mattresses, furnishings are mahogany,
cypress and teak. The extra long twins shown here can be made into a king
bed. |

the other end of the main level, the second bedroom has 2 extra long twin
beds that can be easily converted into a king |

Loft--The
open-air loft above the great room is a spot to read. The queen bed and
futon increases sleeping arrangements and has its own ½ bath. |

hour with access to a full kitchen within, or cook outside with the built-in BBQ grill. |

| Lower Living--Next to the pool, a slider leads into the lower livng level. There is a full kitchen and the poker table (with cards and chips provided) converts to a bumper pool table. |

room has a TV, home theater with surround sound and outdoor speakers,
