IGUANA INN RENTAL POLICY

Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a check in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee is required. If we do not receive a deposit check within 7 days, your reservation will be canceled. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Provide us with your flight number and arrival/departure times as well as your car rental info when you have that information.

We will contact you approximately one week before your rental to confirm your arrival logistics and give you the name and contact info of your Greeter.

Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before arrival are non-refundable unless the villa is rebooked. Reservations canceled prior to 60 days before arrival will be charged a 10% rebooking fee.
