“Catch ‘n’ Keep” is a charming, new West Indian style cottage in picturesque Coral Bay. This classic cottage offers the experience of living in an eco-conscious island home where you can enjoy a simpler routine, doing as much or as little as you want. Located on a half acre above Coral Bay Harbor , with a panoramic view of green hills, and a quiet valley complete with sugar mill ruin, the cottage is private and restful. Yet it is only 10-15 minutes from white sand beaches, hiking trails, water sports, restaurants, shops and music venues.

Or perhaps you prefer to make the two covered decks your base of operations, reading in the hammocks, enjoying a massage, being quiet and letting the surrounding nature restore your spirit.

Catch 'n’ Keep is well situated to catch the gentle trade winds, lessening insect visits and making A/C unnecessary – although Hunter ceiling fans are provided and the cottage is fully screened. Everything is provided to make your stay a pleasant one as you will see in the amenities listed below.

Coral Bay is located on the east side of St. John and is a delightful mix of the old and new. It is laid-back and casual, just as you imagined a Caribbean island to be! You will find many services, including restaurants, little grocery stores, funky shops offering wonderfully unique items, hiking trails, horse rides, watersports and a beautiful harbor. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the island, and to visit our many white sand beaches, all of which are in close proximity.

AMENITIES: Weber gas grill, phone, VCR/DVD/CD player, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, toaster oven, coffeemaker, all cooking utensils and linens, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cooler chests, beach chairs, and beach towels.

RATES:
Low Season May 1 - Nov 30 - $145/night, $980/wk
High Season Dec 17 - April 30 - $170/night, $1190/wk
Shoulder Season Sept. 1 - Oct 31 - $125/night, $875/week

For stays of under or over a week, the rates are prorated. Half the total balance must be received to hold the cottage in your name. A refundable security deposit of $200 is due with balance 60 days before arrival.
